Relentlessly Good,
By Design.
We exist at the intersection of national security, emerging threats, and critical infrastructure — delivering expert advisory that moves at the speed of the mission.
Protecting What Matters. Advising What's Next.
Relentlessly Good Solutions was founded on a simple premise: the most consequential challenges facing our nation demand advisors who have lived the mission — not just studied it. We bring operational credibility, policy depth, and strategic clarity to every engagement.
Integrity
We deliver honest assessments, even when the answer is hard. Our clients trust us because we tell them what they need to hear.
Deep Expertise
Every capability we offer is grounded in direct operational and policy experience — not theoretical frameworks.
Mission First
We measure success by outcomes, not deliverables. The mission is accomplished when our clients are safer, stronger, and better prepared.
Discretion
We operate with the same confidentiality standards expected in the environments we advise — always.
Grant Piper
Founder & Principal Advisor — Relentlessly Good Solutions LLC
Grant Piper is the Founder and Principal Advisor of Relentlessly Good Solutions L.L.C. (RGS), a veteran-owned national security consultancy headquartered in Frederick, MD. RGS operates on a simple conviction: America is investing heavily in the technologies that will define its strategic future — AI, advanced chips, energy dominance, defense modernization — but far too little in the conditions those technologies depend on. Permitting. Workforce. Biosecurity. Supply chain resilience.
RGS was built to close that gap. The firm works at the intersection of government, industry, academia, workforce, and investment communities, with a mission focus spanning permitting advisory for critical mineral refinement, workforce pipeline development, biosecurity and agricultural threat readiness, and the counter-UAS ecosystem. Its role is connective: linking buyers, builders, funders, and operators so that national capability gaps get solved before they become crises.
Grant's foundation is more than twelve years in U.S. Army Infantry and Special Operations. That career shaped how he works: planning under uncertainty, leading teams where the stakes are real, and building trusted relationships across government agencies, industry partners, and partner nations. It also instilled the discipline he considers most essential to both special operations and business — the humility to know exactly where his expertise ends, and the willingness to ask for help to intentionally not build on a flawed foundation.
Beyond RGS, Grant serves as a Partner and Director of Special Operations at CHL Group, a defense and security consultancy, where his portfolio spans counter-UAS strategy, SOF policy and legislative advocacy, and international security operations. He is an active voice in the Washington, D.C. special operations policy community, engaging on legislative priorities including critical minerals security, UAS acquisition reform, and defense-industrial workforce readiness.
Grant is currently completing a Master's degree in Executive Leadership at Liberty University. His leadership is grounded in a deeply held personal faith, a commitment to serving those who served alongside him, and a standard captured in his company's name: relentlessly good — in the work, in the relationships, and in the outcomes.
